  • Potts v. American Bottling Co., Case No. 5:12-CV-02688, 2015 WL 4664150 (N.D. Ohio Aug. 6, 2015) (granting a motion for sanctions on the attorney of an individual suing this firm’s union client)

  • Int’l Longshoremen’s Assoc., Local Union No. 1768 v. Midwest Terminals of Toledo Int’l, Inc., 49 F.Supp.3d 511 (N.D. Ohio 2014) (requiring an employer to arbitrate a grievance which originated between the expiration of an old CBA and the signing of a new retroactive CBA)
