Jonah Grabelsky is an associate at Faulkner, Hoffman & Phillips, LLC. Jonah has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 2012, and has spent the entirety of his career zealously advocating on behalf of labor unions, including representation in arbitrations; federal labor law disputes under the National Labor Relations Act, Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, and the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act; state labor law disputes under RC Chapter 4117; workers’ compensation matters; federal and state employment discrimination matters; collective bargaining; and collections. Jonah has experience representing unions before the National Labor Relations Board, the Ohio State Employment Relations Board, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, and both Ohio and Federal Courts.
Jonah has successfully represented labor unions in cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals, as well as several Ohio Courts of Common Pleas.
Jonah earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Northwestern University in 2006, and earned his Juris Doctor from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2011, where he was a recipient of the School’s Social Justice Fellowship and the Dean’s Honor List. Jonah is licensed to practice in all Ohio state courts, and admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Jonah has been included in the 2018 and 2019 Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
