Diane E. Kotowski (kotowski@fhplaw.com) is the Law Firm Administrator of Faulkner, Hoffman & Phillips, LLC.  She oversees the firm’s professional staff and leads key initiatives that drive organizational success.  In her role, her responsibilities span strategic planning, talent recruitment and retention, employee benefits, finances and accounting, and operational and administrative policies and procedures.  With more than 30 years of experience in administration and human resources within the legal and real estate industries, Diane has developed extensive experience in law firm management, operations and strategic growth.
